Project Information
Canterbury Student Village is a group of three student accommodation located in the town of Canterbury. The property comprises of more than 400 student apartments. Ecowelle Limited worked on their Gas and Heating system. The massive property is run by one district heating plant room. Ecowelle had to provide the accommodation with a refurbishment of the entire plant room, which consisted of 2 boilers of 500 KW which provided hot water and heating to the whole accommodation including pimp upgrades. We promptly responded and gave them full support while stayed on site and restored their heating and hot water issues.
- Complete upgradation of a plant room having around 450 living units
- EME upgradation with technical design and commissioning
- Around 1000 KW application of heating services commenced
- Complete project management commences and delivered the project as per the clients requirements
- Commercial Boilers, external (Bespoke) heat exchangers, wilo stratos pump (twin head central heating circulator), mixing valves and system controls installed and commissioned
