Our company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy refers to our responsibility toward our environment. Our company’s existence is not lonely. It’s part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. The social responsibility of a business is to give back to the world just as it gives to us.

This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners.

We want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s Corporate Social Responsibility falls under two categories:

Countering global warming:

Ecowelle focuses on 3 R’s to counter global warming. Reduce waste by meticulously planning all the activities to avoid any excess waste. Plan out ways to Reuse leftover materials on other projects without compromising on quality. Recycle waste by segregating into different sections so it could be removed and recycled properly. 

Energy Conservation: 

As a part of energy conservation, we carry out Conditioning Reports, Energy Audits on fuel and appliances comparisons and Energy performance Certificates for domestic and non- domestic buildings. This will not only help us to enhance the awareness towards understanding the fuel utilization and ways to cut down on fossil fuels but also, how a possible upgrade to similar fuel, alternative and/ or renewable can work for the required site operations.

Protecting the Environment:

Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. We will always follow best practices when disposing garbage and using chemical substances.

Zero waste approach:

Sourcing products materials and supplies in a way that, involves enriching our purchasing process, communicating with our waste collectors, and creating Site Waste Management Plan to record ways for managing waste.


Human Rights:

Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and aim to abide by all fair labour practices. We ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country (e.g. forced labour).


Our company initiates and supports community investment, educational programs and provide support to non-profit organizations or movements to promote cultural and economic development of global and local communities. For example, we partner with vendors for constructing public buildings.

Our company also encourages its employees to volunteer, through programs organized internally or externally. We, also sponsor volunteering events for other organizations.

Safety Awareness Scheme:

At Ecowelle, we encourage and promote discounted services. We provide our services at no/low cost to charities. Our service contracts are provided for at least 25% discount to charities throughout the year.

Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, Site Safety schemes are offered to residential, commercial, catering, and industrial clients. Doing this, we ensure that we:

  • Do not risk the health and safety of our employees and community.
  • Avoid harming the lives of local and indigenous people.
Skill Sharing:

As a part of our CSR we believe Skill Sharing is a key for the growth of our community. Ecowelle focuses on hiring, training and inducting graduates, apprentices, and interns to enhance their skills in construction and engineering. We also focus on providing equal and fair chance to everyone to portray their skills and gain experience.
